Transmission Through Certain Servers and Protocols is Prohibited

It is prohibited to transmit any quotes of devlet.cc's material to or through any servers whose usage terms in any way attempt, with regard to the transmitted or uploaded material, to claim any of the rights contained in any of the following categories: rights concerning transmitted material:

Use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, publish, sublicense, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any such communication.
Sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to the communication.
Publish your name in connection with any such communication.
Exploit any proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, service mark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction.

We believe one example of such a prohibited server to be the "Microsoft Passport Web Site". It is prohibited to transmit any quotes of devlet.cc's material to or through any service or protocol that uses such a server.

We believe two examples of such services or protocols to be Microsoft Hailstorm and the .Net protocol.

It is prohibited to view any devlet.cc web pages through any such server, service or protocol. This seemingly harsh prohibition is necessary to prevent the vendors of such servers, services or protocols from claiming rights to our web content.

We're sorry if this poses an inconvenience to you, but if we were going to give away our work to an entity, it would be someone like the Free Software Foundation, never a proprietary company, and especially not Microsoft. For your own protection, if you use prohibited servers, services or protocols, we suggest that you switch to servers, services and protocols that do not attempt to legalistically hijack the property of others.
